Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

12 Servings

Easy

Naturally sweet, low in sugar, and rich in healthy fats, these bliss balls are designed to keep you satisfied while supporting steady blood sugar levels. Peanut butter lovers, this one’s for you - you won’t be able to stop at just one.

Made with just a handful of simple ingredients, they’re easy to whip up and even easier to enjoy. We’ve given ours an Easter twist with a chocolate cross on top, while a hint of cinnamon adds a warm, festive flavour - along with its added benefit of helping support balanced blood sugars.

1 cup cashew nuts

4 medjool dates (pitted)

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 tsp cinnamon

2 Tbsp water

  1. Place the cashew nuts and pitted dates in a food processor. Process until fine and starting to stick together when pressed.
  2. Add in the peanut butter and cinnamon. Process well. The mix should be coming together.
  3. Add in some of the water until your mix is easy to roll. This will depend on the thickness of your peanut butter as to whether you will need less/more of the water.
  4. Store in the fridge or freezer

NOTE - to give them an Easter theme - take a tsp and some melted dark chocolate. Drizzle a cross over each ball.

ENJOY!
