Bunny Paw Cookies


These Bunny Paw Cookies are an easy recipe to make with the children over the Easter Holidays and look delightfully cute on an Easter platter.

I have used the recipe HERE . Roll into balls and press into large rounds and then three small rounds for the toes (as in the image).

To decorate once cooled.

1/3 cup cashew nuts

2 tsp raw honey

3 Tbsp cacao butter (or coconut oil if you do not have butter)

To colour

  • Beetroot juice
  • Blue matcha

Grind cashew nuts in a Vitamix into a flour, add the honey and cacao butter and blend into a paste.

Separate into two bowls. To one add a few drops of beetroot juice (I grated beetroot and then squeezed a few drops in) and to the other add some blue matcha and mix well.

Use your icing to decorate the bunny paws.
