1. ORDERING
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Nourish.grow.cook.enjoy. cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
2. PRICE
2.1 The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website.
2.2 Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice the prices advertised on this site are for orders placed.
2.3 You will be required to pay extra for delivery unless otherwise stated and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are set out in our website. If given a choice, please choose a delivery service product that gives appropriate levels of insurance for the goods you order, in order to recompense yourself in the event of loss after dispatch.
3. CANCELLATION BY YOU
3.1 You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.
3.2 To cancel your contract you must notify us by email to our email address.
3.3 If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
3.4 Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from you credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition (including the packaging) they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
4. CANCELLATION BY US
4.1 We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
4.1.1 We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
4.1.2 We do not deliver to your area; or
4.1.3 One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers
4.2 If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
5. DELIVERY
5.1 We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.
5.2 Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of your order.
5.3 You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
6. EXCHANGE
6.1 If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within seven days of exchange or refund. Returns will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packaging materials. This does not include our chilled bar range, once these have left our premises they are the buyers responsibility.
6.2 If our labels are removed from the product – the warranty becomes void.
6.3 We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. Nourish.grow.cook.enjoy. will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
6.4 All shipping back to Nourish.grow.cook.enjoy. is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund you postal fees.
6.5 Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover our administration costs. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customers’ expense.
6.6 If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a second charge may apply.
7. NON-RETURNABLE
7.1 For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for opened products (this does not apply to damaged goods – damaged products will be exchanged like for like) or chilled items.
7.2 Discounted or our end of line products can only be returned if damaged no refunds or replacements will be made.
8. INCORRECT/DAMAGED GOODS
8.1 We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products ordered. Please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Nourish.grow.cook.enjoy. immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 72 hours. Any incorrect items received all delivery charges will be refunded back onto you credit/debit card.
9. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS
9.1 At present Nourish.grow.cook.enjoy. only sends goods within the UK. We plan to add exports to our services in the future. If however you have a special request please contact us your requirements.
10 PRIVACY NOTICE
10.1 You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.
11. SECURITY
11.1 We have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is not unlawfully processed. Nourish.grow.cook.enjoy. uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, including ‘firewalls’ and secure socket layers.
11.2 During the payment process, we ask for personal information that both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you.
11.3 We will use the information you provide only for the following purposes.
- To send you newsletters and details of offers and promotions in which we believe you will be interested.
- To improve the content design and layout of the website.
- To understand the interest and buying behaviour of our registered users
- To perform other such general marketing and promotional focused on our products and activities.

Please read them carefully, Nourish.grow.cook.enjoy. controls and operates this site from its offices within the UK. The laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to including the use of, this site and materials contained.
12.2 If you choose to access from another country you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local lands.
13. LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS

This license does not include any resale’s of commercial use of this site or its contents any collection and use of any products any collection and use of any product listings descriptions or prices any derivative use of this site or its contents, any downloading or copying of account information. For the benefit of another merchant or any use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

No permission is given by Nourish.grow.cook.enjoy. In respect of the use of any such brand names, product names or titles or copyrights and such use may constitute an infringement of the owners’ rights.
16. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
16.1 We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
