Sweet and chocolatey, with a little cinnamon to help they are something that everyone from the smallest, to the tallest member of the family will enjoy nibbling on. Over half term the kids will love making these and rolling them into balls, it's a great little rainy day activity!

1 cup walnuts

2 large pitted Medjool dates

½ cup desiccated coconut

¼ cup shelled hemp seeds

2-3 tbsp cacao powder

Pinch cinnamon

2 tbsp coconut oil

Opt – ½ tbsp MCT oil

Place the walnuts, pitted dates, coconut and hemp seeds into the mixer and process until coming together when pressed. Add in the cacao, cinnamon and coconut oil and blend until mixture is soft to roll into balls.

Keep in the fridge until required, or dig in and devour if you've got a crowd to energise!

Optional – You can add in an extra date or two if you prefer to have them sweeter.

Enjoy!
