Beetroot and Hemp Seed Dip

One of those dips that works at any time of the year, but which is perfect for the festive season, just look at the colour of our Beetroot and Hemp Seed dip! Earthy, smooth and delicious to dip into, try it with seeded crackers and crudites. Works well with our Roast Cumin and Carrot dip too.

1 large or 2 small cooked beetroot (approx. 150g)

Himalayan Salt (to season)

Cracked Pepper (to season)

⅓ cup hemp seeds

1 tbsp Coconut Aminos (more for a runnier slightly sweeter dip)

¼ tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp Olive Oil

½ tsp cumin seeds

Opt – use some of the beetroot juice to thin down

Place all of the ingredients in a processor or blender, and blitz until smooth (or consistency desired). 


Serve with your favourite veggie sticks, cheese’s and crackers. Or why not try blending it down to smooth as a puree, to complement your favourite roasted meat or vegetable main!


Stores in fridge for up to 3 days.
