  1. Phenethylamine,  the stimulant that’s released in our brains when we fall in love and tryptophan, which helps produce serotonin (happy hormone) are both found in Chocolate. Opt for dark minimally processed chocolate minimum of 70%
  2. A study has reported that fenugreek has been found to improve libido, cholesterol levels and glucose control.
  3. Maca is known to boost fertility, but research has also shown that it can balance hormones in women as well as many other benefits. Find more in this study HERE.
  4. Known for being anti-inflammatory, research has also indicated that Turmeric has been linked to enhanced mood and mental health.
