- Build a bullet-proof microbiome. Working on the microbiome is key for how we produce and metabolise estrogen. Looking at the source of our foods (choosing organic where possible), our water sources, our beauty products and cleaning products are all really important in supporting a good healthy microbiome.
- Vary your eating style (window) and foods! Mixing up foods throughout the month to support hormones as well as working with different fasting windows can really help support and nourish healthy hormones, both in the peri-menopause and post-menopause
