This week’s blog is all about the most important part of Nourish. It’s not our delicious Organic ingredients, our amazing products, or even our brilliant reviews, it’s the phenomenal team of people behind the brand. We've introduced a few of them over the past couple of months, and there are still a few to go, so there may be a few names you feel like you recognise!
This week saw us win not one, not two, not three, not four, but FIVE awards at the prestigious Nourish Awards. We’re blown away, but one thing is certain, and that is without, Iz, Sarah and Flori making the products, Bex managing distribution, Kate making the marketing happen, Caroline selling it, Nayari creating the packaging, and Ineke and Ryan spending every minute of virtually every day dealing with all the big and small decisions, we couldn’t have made this happen.

Do you know who else we have to thank? You. Every time you buy Nourish you help us edge a little further to Nourishing the Nation, to being able to fund creating an exciting new product, to getting our products onto more shelves, keep the lights and music on in the kitchen, and much, much more. It’s no lie that people who run small businesses do a happy dance when they get a sale. As we’ve grown, we’ve kept that feeling. Sometimes the sales are a little larger, like Ocado, or our new contract with Wholefoods Wholesale Ireland, but a lot of the time it’s just seeing that order come in from someone we feel like we know, who orders month in, month out.
Being a small food business in the UK comes with its challenges. This month alone has seen one of our biggest wholesalers go bust, taking some other small businesses with them, rising energy prices and scarcity of ingredients. However, knowing that we have a team that pulls together, and wins awards, lots of them, makes it feel worth it!
We’re all great at Nourish, but we’re greater together!
