Over the next few weeks we'll be introducing the whole fabulous Nourish team! Up this week, Bex, our Dispatch and Operations Manager. Bex is involved in virtually all aspects of the business and is a ray of 🌞. If a task seems too tricky, she'll tackle it, and solve it!
Tell us about what you do day-to-day at Nourish.
I do all sorts! But mainly processing and dispatching orders, responding to customer enquiries and general office administration, as well as packaging solutions and developing our processes to make everything run more smoothly.
What’s your favourite part of your job (/working at Nourish)?
For me, it’s all about the people! We have a small but brilliant team. I also love the variety and flexibility to my working day.

Active, varied, fun!
How would your colleagues describe you in 3 words?
Thoughtful. Funny. Easygoing.
What energises you at work?
Being part of a small team allows me to be involved in a real variety of projects. The fact that no day is the same energises me and keeps me on my toes!
What would we find you doing on your days off?
On my days off I love spending family time with my kids, keeping up with circuit training, and planning my house renovations! I also love live music and recently went to see Elton John with the kids which was brilliant!
